Q Pilates offers Mat Pilates – a back to basics floor regime, programmed on a weekly basis as a generalised strengthening and toning exercise class. Mat Pilates utilises traditional Pilates exercises, which form the foundation of many reformer, trapeze and Wunda chair exercises traditionally used in equipment Pilates.
At Q Pilates, our Pilates instructors are highly qualified in applying the technique-specific application of Mat Pilates.
The class is ideal for people who want to get a few extra sessions in to complement their equipment classes or who are looking to learn exercises under the supervision of a Pilates instructor that can also be undertaken at home.
