Eugenie MacMillan - Physiotherapist

Eugénie graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University. Her treatment is focused on manual therapy alongside active, patient-centred and goal-based rehabilitation.

As she developed a love for long-distance running, Pilates became important towards her own personal performance in both the Gold Coast and Noosa Marathon for supportive strengthening. Subsequently, to complement her Physiotherapy studies she undertook her Reformer and Matwork certifications and has worked as a Pilates instructor for the past 4 years. 

Stemming from her passion to help those invested in movement and physical activity, Eugénie has previously undertaken sports training for UQ Rugby and the Metropolitan District Netball Association. Whether you’re a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior Eugénie will be committed to ensuring you’re prepared for peak performance!

Dillon graduated from James Cook University in Townsville with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and joined the Allsports Physio team after beginning his physio career on the Gold Coast. Hailing from North Queensland, Dillon has been heavily involved in Rugby League as well as Cricket, Touch Footy and Golf. Whilst at University, Dillon worked alongside senior AFL and Rugby League teams as a sports trainer.

Paige Hawkins - Physiotherapist

Paige joined the Allsports Jindalee team after graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at James Cook University. Having grown up studying various styles of dance and completing years of gym-based training, she brings an extensive background in strength and conditioning and dance-specific training. She has worked with a variety of local Townsville netball, ALF and rugby league teams over the last four years. 

Paige has a strong interest in all facets of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has become a clinical pilates instructor since graduating. She is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities in achieving their goals. Outside of the clinic, Paige enjoys taking dance classes, a game of rugby 7s and hiking. 

If you would like to attend Body Tone classes you will need to attend a free 30-minute Body Tone Orientation class before starting. For any other class, our experienced physiotherapists and instructors will be able to guide you throughout the exercises, making modifications depending on your requirements.

All of the equipment you will need during class is provided.
Please bring a water bottle and towel, and wear comfortable exercise clothes such as a t-shirt and tights/shorts. For all classes you will need grip socks – these are compulsory and for your own safety. Grip socks can be purchased from reception if required.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in, store your personal belongings and set up your equipment. If it is your first time attending this class, please arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to complete paperwork and meet your therapist / instructor.

Yes, you may elect to share your pass with a family member or spouse. They will need to have completed the Body Tone Orientation Class prior to commencing classes. Please contact our reception team via phone or email to set up pass sharing.

Body Tone Reformer Pilates | If for some reason you are unable to attend class, please cancel your booking using the link provided in your booking confirmation email. You may also call or email our reception team. Clients who do not arrive for their booking will forfeit that class.

Clinical Physiotherapy & Group Rehab | If for some reason you are unable to attend class please call our reception team to cancel a booking giving at least 24 hours notice before the class commencement time. Clients who cancel inside 24 hours may be charged the full class fee.
