Our studios are collaboratively run by experienced musculoskeletal Physiotherapists, passionate about using exercise to rehabilitate injuries and re-establish optimum functioning of the musculoskeletal system.

The physiotherapy profession has adopted Pilates’ principles and blended them with their own rehabilitative knowledge to form a more specialised form of Physiotherapist-led exercise. Based on a foundation of mindful movement, also known as “controlology”, these sessions offer a form of exercise suitable for all ages and abilities, injuries, chronic conditions and general health and well-being.

These sessions aim to improve patients posture, core stability, strength, flexibility, balance and breathing with a specific focus on motor control issues that may be contributing to pain or reduced function.

Body Tone Pilates is a fun, fast-paced and high-level reformer workout, programmed on a daily basis by trained Pilates instructors. Challenge each muscle group to tone, sculpt, shape and strengthen the body with a focus on our deep stabilising muscle system while maintaining technique and control.

Get back to basics with this floor regime, programmed on a weekly basis as a generalised strengthening and toning exercise class. Mat Pilates utilises traditional Pilates exercises, which form the foundation of many reformer, trapeze and Wunda chair exercises traditionally used in equipment Pilates.

Designed by our women’s health physiotherapists to help you regain core strength, flexibility and stability following pregnancy and childbirth while providing an opportunity to find the time to exercise with your baby.

As quoted by Joseph Pilates himself (the founder of the Pilates Method): “Pilates develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit”.

Q Pilates Reformer

Our luxe, fully-airconditioned Pilates studios are completely equipped with reformers, trapeze tables, a Wunder chair, balls, bands, pilates circles and weights.  Our physiotherapist-run exercise classes are provided by trained physiotherapists and include individualised programs. These classes are normally claimable under Private Health Rebates for “Physiotherapy”. The exercise programs are designed by a physiotherapist following a thorough assessment and real-time ultrasound testing. Our Body Tone and Matwork classes are conducted by Pilates instructors and are developed with the physiotherapists to provide safe, effective, fun and challenging exercises to improve general health and wellbeing.
