About Peta O'hare
Peta graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland in 2008 and has been part of the Allsports Team since 2005. After completing her studies, Peta worked as a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at the Gap Allsports clinic. Peta has a special interest in Pilates, Women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation and has completed extra training in this area. Peta is now working solely in Pilates using exercise to treat various musculoskeletal and women’s health issues. Peta enjoys taking Pilates classes that aim to manage injuries as well as achieving strength, toning and fitness goals and she specialises in the Allsports Pilates Body Tone classes.
