Kristy joined Allsports Physiotherapy in 2005 after graduating from Griffith University with a double degree in physiotherapy and exercise science. Kristy has been in private practice for 9 years and has done further training in Clinical pilates through Dance Medicine Australia and Studio Pilates International. She now combines her expertise in physiotherapy, Pilates and exercise science to specialise in the instruction of Clinical Pilates.
Kristy is the managing partner in the new Pilates clinic Allsports Pilates Sherwood and presents at our Allsports clinical education programs and for the students of Griffith University and The University of Queensland. She is interested in treating patients with neck, pelvic and low back pain and is passionate about the positive effect clinical Pilates can have on improving the quality of life of her patients.
